TESTIMONIALS
Here's What Our Clients Have to Say
Anna easily stands out from the other recruiters who contacted me. Her knowledge of the lateral market, analytical approach to interviewing and assessing firms, and affability made what would have been an opaque process approachable and much less stressful. She was very communicative and updated me as soon as the situation changed but she also knew when to give me time to think. Anna deftly handled the uncommon circumstances of my lateral search, from beginning to end, with complete transparency about the interests of all parties involved, herself included. I unreservedly recommend Anna to any attorneys interested in or even just curious about making a move.
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP
Associate
Anna helped me find my current position. Anna is diligent, professional and, overall, wonderful to work with. She will guide you every step of the way from the very beginning of the process all the way through interviewing and accepting an offer. Additionally, Anna communicates clearly and works extremely hard to help her candidates. Her advice is honest and professional. I highly recommend Anna to other attorneys looking to advance their careers.
Alston & Bird, LLP
Associate (Subsequently Promoted to Partner)
Anna was on point from our introductory phone call through post-employment follow up. She has a strong ability to quickly assess if a candidate aligns with her clients needs and culture. I enjoyed working with her throughout the recruitment process. I also greatly appreciated how she took a personal interest in understanding my career aspirations and tied them directly to the opportunity she was presenting.
Affinity Solutions
SVP, Chief Compliance Officer & Enterprise Quality
Anna listened to what I was looking for and went the extra mile to find me the job I wanted. She took the time to help me find my dream job, rather than just trying to place me somewhere quickly so she could collect her fee. In addition, she has connections beyond the standard law firms that really made the difference.

Media Coverage & Speaking Engagements
Anna Tsirulik is quoted in a Law 360 article discussing the findings of an important survey of female associates in law firms. The following is an excerpt of the article:

“My impression of the findings is there’s a silver lining,” said Anna Tsirulik. “Women are finding more alternatives to the traditional associate partnership track, and I think women are finding success in the legal profession. Not everyone’s goal is partnership. If you’re managing a career and balancing your lifestyle, there are many attractive options for women.” Tsirulik also noted that even if the percentage of female partners at law firms remained relatively flat, the survey did not take into account the number of women moving into leading in-house roles at companies. In the last couple of years, women have taken general counsel positions at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Bayer CropScience Ltd., Scripps Network Interactive Inc. and Bain Capital LLC, as well as deputy general counsel and other high-profile in-house roles at Lorillard Tobacco Co., Sandoz Inc., Tiffany & Co., Playboy Enterprises Inc. and Siemens Diagnostics, she said. But law firms still have a lot of work to do in terms of building up their female partnership ranks and keeping women from leaving the law profession, according to experts. “It’s important to have women in leadership positions,” Tsirulik said. “Without giving younger lawyers something to aspire to, it will be difficult for law firms to attract and retain top talent.” Ms. Tsirulik has been a panel speaker at the New York City Bar on the subject of “Lawyers in Transition: The Legal and Ethical Issues to Consider When Changing Jobs”.
Anna Tsirulik is quoted in an American Lawyer article entitled "Finnegan's Leap? The following is an excerpt of the article:

As a group, the IP attorneys in Am Law’s associate survey gave their firms higher scores on all 12 questions than non-IP attorneys. “Very often [IP associates] are second-career attorneys,” says Anna Tsirulik. “Either they are young guns with a computer science degree who worked as a software engineer for two years or, very often, people who had a true career practicing as a mechanical engineer for 10 years. With that seniority come wonderful traits like maturity and judgment.”
